How spicy is it?

SATÉ is a flavorful sauce with moderate heat from fresh habaneros (hot) jalapenos (medium) or pure red pepper flakes (mild).  The medium level is comparable to Sriracha sauce in heat, but with added complexity from garlic and lemongrass notes.  The spicy level takes it up a notch, similar to habanero-based salsas; the mild sauce has just a bit of heat to complement the fragrance of the fresh ingredients.
